Traceability

We are ISO 14001 certified: we are committed to minimising our environmental impact and to promoting sustainable practices in everything we do.

We uphold all sustainability principles, such as minimising waste, conserving resources, and promoting environmental protection.

Our expertise lies in cotton yarns. Our cotton comes from Gossypium barbadense seeds, renowned for their exceptional length. Originally from Peru, this species is now cultivated also in countries like the USA, Egypt, and India.

Traceability starts in the fields, whether it’s ICEA GOTS-certified organic cotton (Icea TX 117), American Supima cotton with Oritain-verified origin, or Peruvian cottons, certified as Peruvian-sourced.

Our cotton is hand-picked where possible, or harvested mechanically in larger fields. Harvesters validate each step of the process to ensure certification standards are applied.

The entire process is traced bale by bale, guaranteeing the product origin and features.

During the production steps (spinning, twisting, finishing, dyeing) batch traceability is guaranteed for each individual article by a specially designed management system. The system is based on a batch registry, including details and special characteristics of batches.
